The Employment Service of the City of Murcia, directed by councilman Pedro García Rex, has participated in a working session with the company IKEA and several NGOs for the design of the project 'Thinking of you'.
"The objective of this initiative is to favor the employment, socio-labor insertion and economic development of single-parent and immigrant families, through the creation of an unregulated Training School that allows participants to be trained in various professional areas that they will be defined in a later phase of the project ", explained the mayor Pedro García Rex.
This action has been developed with an innovative methodology, whose germ has been defined and built in collaboration with the NGOs, participants, IKEA staff and the Employment Service of the City of Murcia.
Directed by the Murcia Prismatic Innova company, responsible for the coordination and execution of the work session, the participants, through the Desing Thinking methodology, have shared their knowledge and points of view contributing relevant ideas for the development of the project.
The conclusions of this work session will be reflected in a document and will be finalized with the signing of one or several agreements with the participating entities to realize the 'Thinking of you' project.
