The Movistar Store in Murcia has hosted a day aimed at lovers of gastronomy and stoves;
Murcia's Las María Cocinillas, cook and influencer in social networks, and Ana Merino, chef collaborating in Michelin restaurants, have offered the session 'Healthy cooking of author'.
In this session the cooks have prepared three menus: sweet potato, coconut and curry parmentier with mini vegetables;
Millet, ham and pumpkin dumplings with cauliflower and truffle sauce, and pea and avocado brownie with tahin and chocolate.
During the preparation of the menus, the chefs have shared with the assistants the steps to follow to elaborate these recipes and other details of interest as their nutritional values, in addition to putting in common with the participants in the masterclass various techniques and cooking tricks.
Tere is Las María Cocinillas, a Murcian who tries to make the kitchen more accessible to all her followers (115,000 on YouTube, 150,000 on Instagram, 20,000 on Facebook).
Las María Cocinillas cooks with local, local and quality products, making sweet and savory dishes, adapted to current times and full of nuances.
Meanwhile, Ana Merino, who has been the cook of restaurants such as Mont Bar in Barcelona and various Michelin restaurants, was the only woman nominated for the 2016 Revelation Cook Award.
