This measure affects residents, users of non-resident parking spaces, owners of business premises and official bodies or entities with garage space and headquarters in the affected streets of Alfonso X El Sabio, Lepanto Street, Bartolomé Pérez Casas Street, Plaza Preciosa and Cronista José María Ibáñez Street

The Councilor for Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Pérez, has already signed the decree authorizing restricted access to the Gran Vía Alfonso X El Sabio (in the section between Plaza Circular and Avenida Jaime I), Calle Lepanto, Calle Bartolomé Pérez Casas, Plaza Preciosa and Calle Cronista José María Ibáñez.

In this way, residents' vehicles (owners or lessees of the dwelling), users of non-resident parking spaces (owners or renters), owners of premises of the premises will be entitled to obtain the access authorization to this restricted area. businesses or activities and official agencies or entities with garage space and headquarters in the affected streets.

In the case of residents who provide the documentation requested, and who require third parties in their journeys may, exceptionally, be granted authorization as long as they accredit their relationship and circumstance with the resident and provide the documentation requested.

The requirements to be met and documentation to be submitted together with the application available online at www.murcia.es or in person at the offices of the General Registry, will be the following:

a) Residents:

- Copy of the National Identity Document.

- Registration flyer.

- Copy of the IBI, or cadastral reference or document proving ownership of the home.

- For non-homeowners, a copy of the lease or document proving the transfer of use thereof.

- Copy of the vehicle movement permit, or in case of not being the owner of the vehicle, a copy of the document proving the transfer of use of the vehicle.

b) Non-resident garage users:

- Copy of the National Identity Document.

- Copy of the IBI, or cadastral reference or document proving ownership of the garage.

- For non-owners of the garage, copy of the lease or document proving the transfer of use of the same.

- Copy of the vehicle movement permit, or in case of not being the owner of the vehicle, a copy of the document proving the transfer of use of the vehicle.

c) Owners of business or activity premises:

- Certificate of the Tax Agency of status of registration in the Tax of Economic Activities in which it appears the domicile of the activity that will be coincident with the surroundings.

- Accreditation of the employment relationship of the driver of the vehicle with the business or local and its National Identity Document.

- Copy of the IBI, or cadastral reference or document proving ownership of the premises.

- If you do not own the premises, a copy of the lease or document proving the transfer of use of the same.

- Copy of the vehicle movement permit, or in case of not being the owner of the vehicle, a copy of the document proving the transfer of use of the vehicle.

d) Official Organizations or Entities.

- List of people and vehicles with a maximum of two authorizations.

They will have unlimited access and can freely access these streets, vehicles that are municipal public service, assistance, emergency and taxis, and bicycles that do so using the bike lane enabled for this purpose.

They can also access vehicles that develop loading and unloading of goods, with the time limit of 10 to 12 hours, on weekdays, making due use of the areas enabled for it (located on Lepanto street and Plaza Preciosa) .

For informational purposes only, persons who have improperly accessed the restricted environment will be notified of the infraction committed without penalty, covering this period three months from the date following the publication of this Decree in the BORM.

From that moment, the corresponding complaints will be filed.
