The City Council, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, led by José Guillén, celebrates on December 4 the First Day of Children's Games.
This is an event that brings together experts from the national scene related to the subject for the first time in the city to talk about the design of children's areas, development of projects, materials and safety regulations.

The event will take place in the auditorium of the Moneo Building, during the day tomorrow, from 8.30 to 14.00.

After the reception of assistants and the welcome of authorities, the First Day of the Murcia Children's Game will begin with a presentation entitled 'Play spaces.
Diseño y Valores', by Daniel Carvajal Alonso, architect and illustrator of Galopín Playgrounds.
Next, José María Fariñas, CEO ASES XXI, will be in charge of discussing the security requirements and certifications in the playgrounds and Mercedes Rodes, manager of Spain and Italy Kompan, will explain what are the latest trends in the design of children's games in the world.
After the break, the different materials that make up these spaces, such as pavements and wood, will be analyzed.
Raúl Vicente Salar, child psychopedagogue of the City of Molina de Segura, will intervene with a presentation on the importance of play in psycho-evolutionary development.
The day, moderated by Enrique Huelves, head of the Technical Office Parks and Gardens of the City of Murcia, will end with a panel of municipal experiences in which Miriam Montesinos, from Murcia, Teresa Sempere, from Alicante, and Juan Miguel Calvo, from Benidorm
