The Councilor for Sustainable Development and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, has responded to Huermur that "it seems that the medieval tower of Zarandona liked them more without restoring because they criticize the graffiti and dirt instead of praising the work done for its rehabilitation."
Navarro added that "these acts of vandalism have already been brought to the attention of the Police and we cannot act without a permit from the General Directorate of Cultural Property as it is a BIC."
The councilor has indicated that "from the City Council we have carried out an archaeological recovery action of the 12th century Tower and the Bridge for its integration into a green area that will be executed exceptionally by the council since the works correspond to the Board of Compensation that urbanizes the area, to which its cost will subsequently affect ".
