The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, and the Councilor for Pedanías y Barrios, Marco Antonio Fernández, today presided over the act of taking possession of three new lawyers of the City of Murcia.
Carlos Alarcón Terroso, Juan Miguel Alcazar Abellaneda and Javier Vidal Maestre are the officials who have just been appointed lawyers of the Murcian council.
Marco Antonio Fernández, responsible for the Human Resources department, highlights as main functions the representation and defense of the City Council in all types of legal proceedings, as well as legal advice to the mayor, government board and other municipal bodies.
The new lawyers were already career officers of the City Council, two of them as general administration technicians and the other as legal advisor, and today they have been appointed in their new position after overcoming a horizontal internal promotion process.
“This is an example of the possibilities that the City of Murcia offers its workers to be able to progress in their professional careerâ€, highlights Marco Antonio Fernández.
For its part, Mercedes Bernabé has highlighted the service work they develop, professionalism and complete dedication, "thanks to which you have our recognition and sincere thanks."
