The Governing Board has definitively approved the urbanization project of the Single Action Unit of the Partial Plan ZG-SG-CT6 of Cabezo de Torres, located near the Sports Center of the Village and next to the North Coast.
This means the completion of the processing of urban management that will allow the implementation of small and medium industry and job creation.
In this way the total scope of action covers an area of ​​502,699 square meters of land, being the buildable area of ​​193,527 square meters.
For its part, the City of Murcia obtains the free transfer of six plots with an area of ​​26,656 square meters and with a buildable area of ​​13,952 square meters.
The urbanization expenses amount to 19,447,104 euros and the Compensation Board will have to present a 10% guarantee, that is 1,947,710 euros, to the City Council before the urbanization works begin.
From this approval made today, companies wishing to settle in this new industrial zone may apply for the building license.
This action also supposes an important reinforcement of the industrial activity of the municipality
