Carlos Dueñas Abellán, president of the College, has formalized this agreement so that the members have a discount and other benefits in the degrees offered by the Catholic University in its Higher Polytechnic School.
The Catholic University of Murcia has signed a commercial agreement with the College of Public Works Engineers (CITOP) so that all its members have a discount on the degrees offered by the Superior Polytechnic School of the UCAM.
During the signing, Carlos Dueñas Abellán, president of the Public Works Engineers Association, was present, who recalled that the UCAM and the College have been working together for years and this agreement is intended to continue promoting the studies of their members in order to improve in the continuous training and the potentialization of their training.
"The school is a public law collective formed by some 15,000 people and in the area of ​​Murcia there are about 400 members, of which there is only 5% unemployed," explains Carlos Dueñas Abellán, who also highlights that there are many Profiles in the sector that are left uncovered and that are occupied by other professionals due to lack of members.
On the part of the Catholic University, Pedro de los Santos Jiménez Meseguer, vice-dean of the Degree in Civil Engineering, affirms that, "UCAM and the College of Public Works Engineers have been related for more than 13 years, at the time that the agreement has been in force we have had in Civil Engineering more than 1500 students, especially in the course of adaptation to the degree and in the postgraduate courses "concludes the vice-dean.
