From the executive commission of the trade union section of SOMOS SINDICALISTAS in the City of Murcia, we must transfer to the citizen, the situation of institutional distress, and unfair working conditions experienced by their Local Police.
Who makes the decision to become a Police, does it by vocation of service, and knows the hardship and danger of their work, what they find improper is the detachment and lack of empathy that shows the current corporation towards these professionals, does not listen to them.
The precarious lack of vision, does not let them see beyond makeup and little explained figures of so many percent, who do not hesitate to make public, they are wrong, those of 5 percent are others.
You have to live with these workers, because they do not stop being so, to know that what they are demanding, is a roadmap that allows them to face a situation that they have not generated, a roadmap that is acceptable by the staff of the Local Police of Murcia, that is fair, and above all acceptable to them and their families while allowing to provide the security that the city of Murcia deserves.
Mr. Mayor, if you do not want to listen to your workers, listen to your neighbors, every day they demand security, that if Espinardo, that if El Palmar, that if Sangonera la Seca, every day they demand a solution from you.
In this sense our union section has established contact with neighborhood associations, and we are willing to participate, explain how to provide solutions, agreed with neighbors, political groups and other trade union sections, and we publicly congratulate the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Neighborhoods and Pedanías , for its initiative to generate that Citizen Forum that allows to contribute, ideas and solutions in post of the efficiency in the public service and labor conditions that allow to make it effective.
It is nonsense that the deadline to show the willingness to remain in the CRJ (Supplement for day reinforcement), that is to say more service time at a lower price than the ordinary day, is October 31, that is, Thursday next week, and that today the agents are not clear about the working conditions in which they are going to be provided, nor is that roadmap negotiated to address the lack of troops, and the conditions of incorporation of the new agents, they are being led irresponsibly to a dead end.
It is not acceptable that what does not cost money, that is, it is only organizational, how to know how many places exist in the different specialties of the Local Police and which there are vacancies, is not explained in the List of Jobs (RPT), nor Therefore, the mandatory transfer contest is planned, before the incorporation of the new agents.
