The Minister of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Cristina Sánchez, presented the III edition of the Day 'Soup of Letters 2019', which will be held on October 28 at the 'Post Office' of Murcia, aimed at bringing the importance of concept 'team' to students of the different schools and institutes of Hospitality of the Region.

The counselor stressed the importance of "transmitting to our young people the value of creating teams respecting ideas and acting generously."

This third edition, organized by Euro-Toques Murcia in collaboration with the gastronomic communication website 'El disparate de Javi', the CCT and the School of Hospitality and Tourism La Flota de la Región, and companies such as' Grupo Orenes', 'Mahou 'and' San Miguel ', will have team leaders such as the director of the OSRM, Virginia Martínez;

the former national coach, José Antonio Camacho;

the general transplant coordinator of the Region, Pablo Ramírez;

the CIFP professor of Hospitality and Tourism of Cartagena, Juan Carlos Caballero;

the consultants Sol Mena and Mónica Díaz;

and the president of the Spanish Gastronomy team, Adolfo Muñoz.

Among the novelties stand out 'showcookings' by Ana Fuentes (Palacete de la Seda), Adolfo Muñoz, Ginés José Nicolás (Rincón de Pepe) and Firo Vázquez (El Olivar), and the acoustic concerts of Big up bands such as Mala Cotton, Villanueva or Noise Box.
