The Governing Board has approved the award of works for the adaptation as a multipurpose room of an existing premises in the medical office of Era Alta.
The residents of this district will have the new multipurpose room, thanks to the work that will be carried out on the first floor of the old casino where the district's medical office is currently located, located on Carmen Street.
Thus, a multipurpose room of 127 square meters, an office, toilets, a warehouse and an entrance hall will be created.
In addition, the current terrace will be covered with a slab with a metal structure to join it to the interior space and be able to use it during all seasons of the year.
Inside, a diaphanous space will be created with two large spaces, the multipurpose room and the entrance hall, and a few local services (toilets and storage) and an office.
This project, in which 84,095 euros will be invested and that Constu Archena SL will execute in 6 months, is part of the Extraordinary Investment Plan in Pedanías, which coordinates the Department of Pedanías and Barrios.
