The Department of Sustainable Mobility and Youth led by Rebeca Pérez, collaborates with the Cattell Psychologists Foundation in the VI edition of the annual program of workshops Soycomotu® inclusive training, creativity and mental health.
The workshops, which begin today, have various themes such as stories and creative writing, yoga, theater, introduction to digital design, photography, cooking and illustration, comic and graphic novel, among others.
To participate, you only have to register for 10 euros, the sessions have a duration of two hours and are held once a week throughout the year, in public spaces.
This type of workshops is aimed at anyone who is interested and who is over 14 years old.
Fundación Cattell Psicólogos is also working in coordination with management teams of educational centers and the Murcia health service, who have been informed of the results on quality, effectiveness and participation of this program in previous editions.
