The Councilor for Education and Infant Schools, Belén López, has visited this morning the Beniaján Infant School, which serves a total of 95 students, distributed in eight classrooms.
The mayor, along with other councilors of the corporation, has toured the facilities of this educational center to learn about its problems and needs, as well as its operation.
Currently, the students are served in two buildings: in the original of the Infant School, located in the street Schools, a total of 62 children, between two and three years old, and the youngest children, from the nest room and from One year, they are located in a rented building of the Los Granaos Infant School, located in Márquez Street, where 33 students are given attention.
âWe are currently looking for the best solution for the original pavilion for the little ones.
The municipal technicians are assessing the infrastructure in order to develop a project appropriate to the educational needs of the students and always with maximum security â, highlights the Councilor for Education.
The Infantile School of Beniaján is one of the seven educational centers of the municipality of Murcia that serves children of the first Infantile cycle.
This center currently responds to a total of 95 students, divided into eight classrooms (one nest, three for one-year-old students and four for children between two and three years old).
It also serves a total of five students with Special Educational Needs.
It has a total of thirteen people, including the principal, teachers, support staff, operators and cooks, and has a dining room service with a menu prepared by the Department of Health.
The center carries out a methodology based on experiences, children's activity and play, applying an appropriate environment to achieve objectives.
