The prestigious International Association for Dental Research (IADR), the most important network of researchers in dentistry in the world, has appointed José Luis Calvo Guirado as Vice President of his Implant Research Group, director of the UCAM International Chair of Research in Dentistry.
Positioned at number 34 in the world, its worldwide recognition continues to grow as it has also been chosen as a 'guest editor' for the prestigious scientific journals 'Journal of Clinical Medicine', 'Symmetry, Materials and Dentistry Journal', as well as a reviewer for other journals of the MDPI group, in the areas of medicine, biology, biochemistry and biomaterials.
The UCAM professor explained that "Working in this group, together with internationally renowned researchers such as professors Georgios Romanos and Rafael Delgado, from Stony Brook University in New York, increases UCAM's worldwide participation and visibility to level of Research in Dentistry ".
