Thus, next Monday, October 14, Juan Poveda & Pedro J. Poveda, who won the CreaMurcia contest and subsequently created Twin Freaks Studio as an audiovisual and film producer in Murcia will present a selection of their audiovisual works of fiction and documentary in different formats
Juan Poveda studied Cinematographic Direction at the Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya (ESCAC) and has worked in film, series and video clips.
Pedro J. Poveda has specialized in script and has extensive experience in corporate videos, spots and motion graphics.
Both have won awards and recognition for their work nationally and internationally.
With the short films 'The rhythm in your veins', 'Eusebia' or 'Vietnam 4D Experience' have won 19 awards to date and more than 130 selections in national and international festivals.
Since then, in addition to their own production, they have participated in filming of international productions attracted by the Murcia Film Office as 'Venganza 3' (2014), or 'Terminator: Dark Destination' (2019) performing different functions in the production team .
After completing his first long documentary 'Murcia Supersónica', premiered on the Filmin digital platform in 2017, the film director MA Calvo Buttini contacted them to co-produce his new feature film, 'Where the forest thickens', candidate for the latest Goya, based on the play of the same title and released this 2018.
In 2019, in parallel to the production of music and advertising videos, they released the documentary 'MCT 1919: 100 years of tennis in Murcia', and they are in full postproduction of their latest co-production, a fiction feature film that will be released in 2020 and which will be presented later this year.

On Monday, October 21, it will be the turn of Rubén Bautista Vicente, CreaMurcia Prize 2006, while on Monday October 28 the cycle will be starring Manuel Abrisqueta Martínez, CreaMurcia Award 2004.
This initiative will be complemented with other cycles that will be developed until December with other cycles aimed at audiovisual productions such as animations, digital art, video-art or video-creation made by young creators, and film projections in VO ( English and French) for students participating in the City Council language club in morning sessions on Saturdays.
On the other hand, the City Council will offer the institutes the possibility of holding film or audiovisual workshops in their respective educational centers, which will conclude with the realization of an exhibition or show at the end of the course in several sessions.
