The Councilor for Urban Agenda and Open Government, Mercedes Bernabé, today received the students of CEIP El Taller, from Molina de Segura, in the Plenary Hall of the City Council.
The 49 second-year primary school students have made a tour of the city of Murcia to know some of its most emblematic places, such as the Cathedral, the Real Casino, the Episcopal Palace, the Roema Theater and the City of Murcia.
The mayor has told them the story of Alfonso X, as well as the importance of the Plenary Hall, "a place where decisions are made that direct the life of the municipality and where authorities, such as kings, presidents and mayors, are received."
The students have been very attentive at all times, sharing their opinions with the councilor, taking an interest in history and asking all kinds of curious questions.
