The rector of the University of Murcia (UMU), José Luján, held a meeting this Monday with the Minister of Education and Culture, Esperanza Moreno to discuss ways and spaces for collaboration, especially through the UMU Faculty of Education.
The rector attended the meeting accompanied by Antonio De Pro, dean of the Faculty of Education.
Luján has highlighted the importance of collaboration between the University and the Ministry of Education and Culture, especially as it can contribute to the better training of future students.
During the meeting, the extension of several agreements that both institutions jointly develop, such as those relating to initial and permanent teacher training, has been addressed.
Through these agreements, programs such as the preparation of reports and studies related to the development and improvement of education in the Region of Murcia are developed.
