The Governing Board has approved the agreement between the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers of the City Council and the Claudio Galeno Private Training Center of Murcia.
This agreement will allow Civil Protection volunteers to access scholarships for defibrillator courses and health emergency technicians at the Claudio Galeno vocational training center.
On the other hand, the students of this center will have the possibility of participating in training and training activities programmed by the SEAMUR Municipal Emergency Service within the Civil Protection Volunteers Association of the City Council.
The agreement will allow students to intervene in the development of theoretical and practical work in ambulance, in rapid intervention vehicles and in field hospitals, both in preventive as well as in real emergency and simulation situations.
The initiative is an alternative for the training of a hundred volunteers that currently integrates the Civil Protection service.
The agreement includes 24 scholarships for the course of external semi-automatic defibrillator and 2 scholarships for 2nd degree professional training in Health Emergency Technician in the distance modality.
