The Governing Board has approved the participatory loan agreement thanks to which the City of Murcia fulfills its commitment to contribute 5.6 million euros, corresponding to the 2019 annuity, to provide the Murcia High Speed ​​Society with sufficient funds to pay for pending actions and those associated costs to carry out the integration of the railway in the city of Murcia.

This agreement was established in the amending amendment of the agreement signed on June 22, 2006 for the remodeling of the railway network of the city of Murcia, which included that 66% of the financing of the leftovers would be paid by ADIF , 26% by the CARM and 8% by the City Council.

Thus, in the third point it was indicated that "the rest of pending actions (Phases I and II) plus operational and financial costs, if applicable, and which will be paid by the Murcia High Speed ​​Company through the contribution through a participatory loan or appropriate mechanism granted by Adif - High Speed, the Government of the Region of Murcia and the City Council ".
