The Councilor for Sustainable Development and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, and the Councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, have visited this morning the urbanization works of an industrial area located in the Mayayo, belonging to the hamlet of El Palmar.
These works, consisting of paving, sanitation, electricity and other services, will allow the introduction of new companies in the area.
The existing infrastructures in this space (water, sewerage, electrification, paving, curbside curbs, street lighting, telephony ...) mostly run along the road of Mazarrón MU-603 (north margin of the Unit of action) and the road of the Woodcutters (southern margin of the performance), the rest of the unit being undeveloped.
The total area where it is going to act is 39,339.15 m² of which 16,064.20 m² are road, the remaining 23,274.95 m² of industrial use plots.
The Compensation Board will allocate a budget of 1,098,475.60 euros.
