According to María Isabel Soler, the study of gender equality in the workplace is a matter of vital importance today to effectively implement equality plans, gender perspective training, protocols for equality at work, against sexual harassment, etc., putting the vice president in the background of some of the most defining characteristics of the Chair.
Isabel Franco, meanwhile, said that "the participation of the University is important in all areas, first because you are the ones most closely linked to the study and processing of data and also because you have excellent professionals in all areas", and said that "I especially value the relationship with the university."
Franco has demanded studies that measure different topics "in order to analyze results and set priorities in our actions", and has affirmed that it is very important to carry out studies that provide us with data that offer us the information we need to be able to act. "
