The world leader in workspaces has inaugurated the facilities of its new flexible work center in Murcia.
The opening event was attended by the highest local and regional authorities in the institutional, professional and business fields, encouraged by the invitation of the British company.
The event took place in the flexible workspace located at the current headquarters of the regional offices of Iberdrola, on Avenida de los Pinos.
This strategic area of the city, close to the Circular Square makes this center a perfect place for entrepreneurs, national and international companies to develop their activity.
The company's decision for the Murcia capital responds to the growing interest of national and international companies to be located in the Region of Murcia, which in the last five years has experienced continued annual economic growth above the Spanish average.
For its part, the center has been visited, among others, by the mayor of the city of Murcia.
"This internationally successful company has chosen our city after detecting significant growth in the entrepreneurial and business community, as in Madrid, Barcelona and Zaragoza," said the mayor, adding that "Murcia joins this global network of entrepreneurs in facilities that offer direct connection with public transport: tram and bus network ".
It is a design office center with a total of 1,360m2.
This space is designed to offer the greatest comfort to professionals to develop their creativity and carry out their projects.
The interior has 158 workspaces, 43 private offices and two conference rooms, all equipped for working relationships, sharing ideas, meeting local businesses and generating new business opportunities.
Councilwoman Rebeca Pérez: "It is to celebrate that multinational companies are set, value and support our young entrepreneurs. It is undoubtedly a source of new opportunities for the youth of our city and that is why we are in luck," he said the councilor.
It is precisely that multinational nature of the company that makes it easier for Murcia entrepreneurs to also enjoy coworking spaces and meeting rooms in the network of offices distributed across different parts of the planet, such as London, Shanghai or New York.
Philippe Jiménez, Country Manager, stressed that "The inauguration of this center in Murcia is a commitment to the Murcia business ecosystem, which now has a new space fully prepared to respond to all the needs of professionals."
