A coordinated operation between the City Council, the Emergency Military Unit and the Segura Hydrographic Confederation has managed to restore the infrastructure that caused the isolation of the village with 15 trucks of large stones and a hundred bags of dirt
The operation launched thanks to the collaboration between the City Council, the Emergency Military Unit and the Segura Hydrographic Confederation has managed to close the 16-meter detachment in the river's speck that has caused the flooding of El Raal.
For 6 hours large stones have been placed, which have been transported from a nearby quarry by 15 trucks, and a hundred bags of dirt
As the detachment has been covered, the level of water in the village that has caused the isolation of the houses has been decreasing proportionally.
Parallel to these works, the City Council has arranged another operation in coordination with the EMU for the distribution of food and drink to the neighbors who were incommunicado, who have also been asked individually if they had other basic needs, as medicines, in order to offer complete attention.
