The Recruitment service directed by Mario Gómez has sent an internal communication to the heads of service and those responsible for the different units so that, in compliance with the Public Sector Contract Law, all minor contracts that each of the parties perform are published. municipal services
"It is an obligation that the law imposes on all administrations to guarantee transparency," said the mayor Mario Gómez, who has again insisted that his fundamental objective "remains the reduction of contracts smaller than strictly necessary, and as long as they exist - it has underlined - they must be published as the law marks, in an exercise of good government application ".
In this sense, the first deputy mayor has stressed that while the City Council puts in place the mechanisms to achieve it "we have to ensure maximum transparency of minor contracts, and for this nothing better than using the means of public administration such as the Public Sector Contracting Platform ".
In this way, and to facilitate the work of the councilors and the personnel of each of the services, a guide for the configuration of minor contracts in said Platform has been provided from the Contracting area.
This guide collects the instructions that must be followed, step by step, so that all minor contracts are registered and citizens can obtain information about them.
