Within the framework of the summer courses of the International University of the Sea (UNIMAR) will be held 'Health communication in the information society', from September 18 to 21, in the auditorium of the Moneo de Murcia building.
The training, directed by María Trinidad Herrero Ezquerro, professor of the Department of Human Anatomy and Embryology of the University of Murcia (UMU) and president of the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region of Murcia, has among its objectives to train future professionals in relation to health communication with the media, as well as analyzing and evidencing the lack of regulated preparation.
In addition, it seeks to organize a calendar for actions in the immediate future and evaluate the positive results of learning communication techniques and skills.
The course is intended for undergraduate, master and doctoral students of the branch of Health Sciences: Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Dentistry, Psychology, etc.
