The International University of the Sea (Unimar) will teach a course that unites art and science around the Mar Menor next September.
Under the title 'Mar Menor: art and science for a landscape in crisis', this training aims to make known the connections between art and science through the most relevant projects, agents and initiatives in the area.
Those who enroll can also explore tools and strategies to prototype art-science projects in the context of the Mar Menor.
One of the objectives is to create and consolidate a network of agents sensitive to the needs of the Mar Menor if it is thought of in another way.
The course is aimed at students of Fine Arts, Audiovisual Communication, Sociology, Biology and Environmental Sciences.
Also to artists, scientists, creators of any field, thinkers and the general public interested in collectively exploring the potential of art-science connections in the creation of new imaginaries for the Mar Menor.
Ángel Pérez Ruzafa, Clara Boj Tovar and Diego José Díaz García are in charge of the direction of this training that will take place in Los Urrutias.
The registration period will be open until September 2.
