The Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén, meets with the president of the Municipal Board of Zeneta, Salvador Cánovas, to discuss work carried out in the district.
The work will also consist in the placement of a roof in the children's play area and painted paving.
"These works are part of our initiative to improve the green areas of our municipality, making these spaces pleasant places for recreation and enjoyment for neighbors and always taking into account security measures," said the Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the administration.
The Councilor for Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén, today received the president of the Municipal Board of Zeneta, Salvador Cánovas, to discuss some work that will be carried out in Murcia.
The main topic of the meeting has been the works that will be carried out in the Joaquín López Practicing Garden.
These tasks will consist of the placement of security fencing, a new cover for the children's play area, paving and stage painting and the installation of street furniture.
In addition, within the Shadow Plan, the installation of a shade pergola is contemplated for this garden and others in the town, as well as the maintenance of games and conditioning of the green areas of the main street.

In total, remodeling works will be carried out in a total of 14 districts: Alquerías, Baños y Mendigo, La Ñora, Sangonera la Verde, Llano de Brujas, Zeneta, Rincon de Seca, San Pío X, Cabezo de Torres, San José de la Vega, Algezares, Puente Bacon, El Palmar and Corvera.
This project is included in the 'Plan of Pedanías, Diputaciones and Peripheral and / or Depressed Neighborhoods 2018-2019' of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
