The internal competitive free competition process opened by Citizens to assign official staff in the four departments that are within their competence has already ended.
It began on July 12 with the sending of an email that reached all municipal workers along with the bases of the call.
After carrying out the assessment of the merits and a personal interview with the candidates who decided to compete, the ediles of the orange training selected the personnel that will join their new position next September as secretaries in the four departments that are your competition
"These are four officials with varied profiles that we understand will adapt perfectly to their new responsibilities," said the first deputy mayor and councilor for Development, Mario Gomez.
Gómez recalled that “the decision to open this internal process based on objectivity is a first step towards advancing the transformation of municipal management;
and an opportunity to show the PP that finger designations can be limited and reduced to the positions of casual workers. ”
In this sense, the mayor of Development has again stressed that "transparency, competitive competition and optimization of resources are some of the axes on which Citizens will continue working."
“This open and transparent process in which we have had the collaboration of all the officials who have wanted to participate is another step in this line of work,” he concluded.
