In relation to the information published on the diversion works of municipal collectors, the Municipal Water and Sanitation Company of Murcia wants to point out the following:

- ADIF, required EMUASA on August 24, 2018 the elimination of the collectors that cross the road transversely, since the initial planning of the works had been changed, and the railroad would enter directly underground.

- On this date, the projects of the lots that underwent variation when extending the underground section had not yet been approved by ADIF.

The official approval to start the work was received on February 4, 2019.

- Therefore, the decision by ADIF to eliminate these collectors was prior to approving the execution of the south and confluence lots pending.

So the current situation of having to execute the diversions does not have its origin in the delay in the execution of the lots but in the change in the programming of the works.

- The collectors pending execution by EMUASA, do not interfere with the execution of the underground work.

- Emuasa, is constantly collaborating with ADIF to expedite the execution of the works, but with the premise that it does not imply any additional extra cost to the municipal company.
