The City Council of Murcia announces an orientation calendar of the oppositions of the municipal employment offer (07/08/2019)

The Personnel Manager, Marco Antonio Fernández, points out that "the intention is to reduce uncertainty and provide the registrants with more information so that they can organize their studies."

"There is the firm commitment of the Government team, the personnel service and the unions to carry out this process with maximum transparency," said the mayor.

The City Council today announced an orientation calendar on the holding of the oppositions for the Public Employment Offer (EPO).

In this way, the Councilor for Personnel, Marco Antonio Fernández Esteban, has informed the orientation dates for the exams of those calls that are yet to begin.

“With the publication of this orientation calendar, we drastically reduce the uncertainty that usually accompanies these selective processes, while facilitating the tens of thousands of registered citizens to have more information when organizing studies and making them compatible with their working life and familiar, ”explains Marco Antonio Fernández.

El calendario es orientativo y se ha elaborado teniendo en cuenta dos criterios: atender en primer lugar a las necesidades más inmediatas del Ayuntamiento en materia de personal y en segundo lugar distribuir de manera ordenada la carga administrativa entre los diferentes cuatrimestres, garantizando el desarrollo de los procesos selectivos.

The calendar is indicative and has been prepared taking into account two criteria: firstly attend the most immediate needs of the City in terms of personnel and secondly distribute in an orderly manner the administrative burden among the different four-month periods, guaranteeing the development of the selective processes

 

“As we have been saying, it is a historic call.

And all this has taken place thanks to the effort of the session to improve our services and strengthen our human capital, ”said the mayor.

The Councilor of Personnel reminds that in all the calls the following phases can be distinguished:

1st.- Publication in the BORM of the list of admitted and excluded and composition of the Qualifying Court.

This publication expressly indicates those excluded and refers to the Bulletin Board of the Electronic Office of this City Council where the list of admitted and excluded is published in full.

Applicants have 10 business days from the following to the publication in the BORM of claims period.

After this period the Administration will issue a resolution resolving the claims presented.

This resolution will be published in the Bulletin Board of the Electronic Office.

2nd.- Once the corresponding Qualifying Court is constituted, it will proceed to the evaluation of the contest phase that will be published, in the Notice Board of the Electronic Headquarters, with indication of the period of claims.

3rd.- The Qualifying Court must also publish in the Electronic Office, the date of the call for the realization of the exercises foreseen in the opposition phase.

In this way, the guideline forecast of the evidence of the exercises of the opposition phase of the calls for the Public Employment Offer not initiated is as follows:
