The districts of Corvera, Puebla de Soto, Cobatillas and Barqueros have already established their municipal board.
The City Council began yesterday the formation process of the 67 management teams dependent on the Department of Pedanías y Barrios, which is directed by Marco Antonio Fernández Esteban.
"We begin with those who have an absolute majority and will continue working to complete the list of vowels as soon as possible," said the mayor, who adds that this process will continue throughout the month of September.
After the last municipal elections, of the 67 meetings in total, 20 have an absolute majority of the Popular Party, eight of the PSOE and one of Citizens.
The remaining 38 depend on the pacts and negotiations reached throughout these days and according to the distribution of the election results.
The first meeting to be constituted was Puebla de Soto.
Francisco Galera Zamora was appointed new president of the Municipal Board of the district and did it in the hands of the councilors of Sustainable Development and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, and Citizen Security and Economic Management, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva.
In Corvera Miguel Ángel Noguera Gómez also repeats as president of the Municipal Board and Sebastián Girones will be in charge of the Murta.
In this case, it was the mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the councilor of Pedanías y Barrios, Marco Antonio Fernández, who were in charge of directing the act and establishing the governing body.
In the same way, Francisco Fenoll Olivares was appointed new president of the Municipal Board of the district of Cobatillas.
He did it accompanied by the councilors of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, José Guillén Parra, as well as Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco.
Finally, Diego Alarcón was appointed president of the district of Barqueros and Salvador Hernández will be in charge of Cañada Hermosa.
The Councilors of Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Pérez, and Education and Infantile Schools, Belén López, presided over the constitution of the new government.
Today, Tuesday, July 30, the constitution of the municipal boards of Zeneta, Rincon de Seca, Torreagüera, Alquerías, Santiago el Mayor, Gea and Truyols, Lobosillo and Los Martínez del Puerto continues.
In this way, 587 people will be part of the municipal boards of these bodies whose main functions are the maintenance, conservation, repair and replacement of municipal infrastructure and buildings.
Likewise, they have the powers of promotion and dissemination of sports, social and cultural activities, as well as serve as transmitters of information between the town hall and the neighbors.
