The Councilor for Culture and Heritage Recovery, Jesús Pacheco, has visited this morning the assembly of the new work of the Alquibla Teatro group 'Much noise about nothing' that has been performed at the Miguel Ángel Clares de Algezares Auditorium prior to its premiere next August 6 at the San Javier Theater Festival.
This show is a musicalized review, a free, fun and contemporary version of 'Much noise and few nuts', the classic by William Shakespeare.
The proposal merges the Shakespearian romantic comedy with humor, the madness of love and stupidity of lovers, jealousy and envy, doubts and fears, affection and tenderness ...
A swing-based version inspired by Fast Waller and performed by a live band, guided by Lindy Hope dances and the pictorial influence of Tiffiny Wine.
The version is by Alba Saura with original music and musical direction by Álvaro Imperial, choreography by Coco Carmona and Indira de Miguel and stage direction by Antonio Saura.
