The Governing Board has approved today the construction of a new area for sports in Zeneta that will house a tennis court, a paddle tennis court and a skate court.

In this way it is intended to improve the current equipment of the sports center of the district with the start-up of these facilities on the side of the existing soccer field.

For the realization of these works, the existing electrical network connections will be adapted and a previous adaptation will be carried out on the track since it presents humidity problems.

Also, new luminaires will be installed on the paddle court and the lighting of the existing sports court will be adapted to serve the new tennis court.

The estimated cost for the execution of these works amounts to 101,905 euros and the estimated execution period is set at four months.

In this way, the city council maintains its clear commitment to the promotion of sport and exercise, improving sports facilities throughout the municipality.
