The president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, and the general director of CAPSA Food, José Armando Tellado, have signed an agreement that creates the Central Lechera Asturiana Chair in Innovation, Nutrition and Physical and Intellectual Performance, which will develop projects of research aimed at the design of beverages for different population groups such as athletes, as well as the clinical evaluation of the functional properties of new products developed by the company.
