The Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism that directs the mayor Pedro García Rex will carry out an improvement in tourist attention that had been lending to visitors to the city of Murcia with an extension of time during the summer at the Tourism Office of Gran Vía Escultor Salzillo, located next to the Plaza de la Fuensanta.
In order to strengthen the tourist information service, the Tourism Office of Gran Vía Escultor Salzillo will expand its schedule in the mornings, from 10 am to 1 pm from July 15 to 31, and during the month of August it will open for the first time from 10 am at 1:00 p.m.
In this way, during the second half of July, the hours of this information point will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday;
Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
and in August from 10 am to 1 pm from Monday to Saturday.
For its part, the Tourist Office of Cardenal Belluga Square will continue with its usual schedule (Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm, August 15 will open from 10 am to 7 pm).
Open The Wall of Santa Eulalia
Likewise, the Councilor for Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, informs that the Visitor Center of La Muralla, in the Santa Eulalia neighborhood, is already open to the public with the usual schedule (from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., except in August) after being closed for a little over a month to carry out maintenance and conservation work.

Fully operational
For its part, the rest of Murcia Visitor Centers dependent on the tourism service, La Luz, San Antonio El Pobre and Monteagudo are fully operational and open to visitors during the summer, the La Luz at regular hours (Tuesday) to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.);
San Antonio El Pobre (from Tuesday to Sunday, from 08.30 to 15:30 h, except in August, which will be closed on Sundays);
and Monteagudo (from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm On Sundays in July, it will be open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and August, closed.)
Finally, the responsible mayor informs that the Visitor Centers San Antonio El Pobre, Monteagudo and La Luz have, since last June 18, technicians of socio-cultural activities.
