The menu was created and cooked exclusively by the chef Juan Guillamón, of the AlmaMater restaurant in Murcia, for Fash Food, only for the lucky guests who got a place in this event.
The pairing was also exceptional and with Murcian roots, prepared by AlmaMater sommelier Alberto Hernández, who combined each of the snacks, dishes and desserts with Estrella de Levante beers and wines from the Jumilla PDO.
The dinner focused on the concept 'CYMMA', represented by an Olympic dinner inspired by classical Greece, with sculptures, decoration and details laden with symbolism.

Thus begins the story of a summer night that surely will not forget any of the attendees.
Two models dressed in white tunics and Greek-inspired harnesses from the Samurai San Fashion Harnesses received them to accompany them to the venue where the dinner would take place: the Nueva Condomina stadium.
The evening inside the stadium began with an aperitif cocktail of Martini Fiero offered by Campoluz in the changing rooms, decorated for the occasion with Greek busts, sheets and blends of white fabrics, setting the location that was in turn led by the current coach of Real Murcia, Adrián Hernández, continuing with the division of the guests in two
teams to create a triumphant entrance to the center of the football field.
In the field itself an imperial table awaited them with an original decoration, where different types of marble coexisted with elements created in grass with different geometric shapes;
a unique table that would share the 34 diners of the experience and a kitchen of Fornet where the chef Juan Guillamón elaborated his menu created exclusively for the Fash Food initiative and inspired by the Real Murcia team, of which he is a subscriber.
The menu, set in 9 passes, shone with paprika magic in the three snacks: loquat tartare and salt foie gras, cherry with cumin cream, and smoked salmon nigiri with flame.
Of the main courses, the ajoblanco, tender almond and peach stood out;
nice confit in pickled lemon, fennel salad and seaweed;
poached egg, summer blood sausage and miso velouté;
Cherna with celeriac, steamed vegetables and black sesame, a classic in Guillamón's cuisine;
and lamb segureño at low temperature, cous cous vegetables and spicy potato.
Greek models dressed in harnesses entertained the dinner by performing various Greek poses as human mannequins, recalling the evenings of classical Greece.
Alberto Hernández, sommelier of AlmaMater, was in charge of pairing each of the passes with different varieties of Estrella de Levante beers (Classic, Special, Punta Este and Berne) and Jumilla PDO wines with Viña Campanero wineries, Sierra Norte , Wineries 1890, Parajes del Valle and Carchelo.
The sweet spot of the night was the dessert made up of cherries, basil, Greek yogurt and cookies, and some petit fours, all paired with a Dulce Santiago Apóstol wine, PDO Jumilla, which gives its name to the winery itself.
The experience 'Cymma' put the icing on the evening with the possibility that diners throw a penalty in the Nueva Condomina stadium stopped by the young goalkeeper, Joaquín Valls, alias 'Pichu', Esparragal team, while tasting a gin and Manners Gin or a Papaúpa rum from Destilerías Bernal made by a mixologist and paired, all to the rhythm of great songs of history.
