The Governing Board has given its approval to the application of membership of the City of Murcia to the Professional Circuit of Performing Arts and Music of the Region of Murcia.
With this proposal, the Circus Theater, the Romea Theater and the municipal auditoriums could be part of this initiative of the Institute of Cultural Industries and the Arts.
The aim is to facilitate the distribution and public display of the work of Murcia creators by creating a network of scenic spaces and production companies.
The objective of this circuit is to enhance cooperation and collaboration between the Community and municipalities that develop stable programming in the performing arts sector and music to optimize infrastructure, economic and human resources, through the coordination of programming, organization of tours, exchanges and other parallel activities.
In this way, the diffusion of the work of Murcia creators and access to all citizens of the Region will be increased.
Likewise, collaboration and exchange relationships will be established with other circuits and networks of regional, national and international scope.
In addition, companies that participate in the circuit will be provided with technical and artistic advice, as well as a training and professional recycling space.
