The Temple of the Monastery of Los Jerónimos has hosted this afternoon the act of imposing scholarships and delivery of diplomas to students of the II Promotion of the Master in Management of Labor Relations, CSR and People Management and the III of the Master in Corporate Social Responsibility , Sustainability and Corporate Diplomacy of the Catholic University of Murcia.
Ángeles Solanes Corella, president of the Council for the Elimination of Racial or Ethnic Discrimination, has acted as godmother.
Unique in the Region
It should be noted that the Master's Degree in CSR, which until now was taught as a degree, from the next academic year 2019-2020, may be taken as Official Master, after the accreditation of the ANECA;
being the only one with this recognition in the Region and of the few in Spain.
Ángeles Solanes, godmother of these new promotions, has been excited, and has thanked the students for this appointment.
During the event, he congratulated the UCAM "for knowing that Corporate Social Responsibility is a topic of the future, and very transversal", and placing these studies, linked to the International Chair of CSR of the University, as "a reference in the national scope, in the matter ".
He also assured that "a long-term sustainable company is not possible that does not take into account the social commitment", he assured.
Víctor Meseguer, director of the International Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility of the UCAM, also took part in the event.
