The members of the Senior Center and the users of the library of La Ñora will have renovated facilities thanks to the project of interior reform of both buildings
In the Senior Center, located on Doctor Miguel Ballesta Street, its distribution will be modified both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The intervention also foresees the creation of two accessible bathrooms on the ground floor as well as the necessary turning spaces for a person with reduced mobility.
The library, located in the Plaza de la Constitución, proposes a change of distribution on the ground floor and modify one of its interior staircases, creating two new premises in the lobby on the ground floor, an office and a room.
Also, the bathroom located on the ground floor in front of the elevator is extended to meet the minimum measures of a bathroom accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Both buildings, whose constructed area is close to 1,500 square meters, are rectangular and together form a cultural core of the town, which also generate free spaces and playgrounds around them
This project is part of the Extraordinary Investment Plan in Pedanías, coordinated by the Department of Pedanías, Participación y Decentralización, which is managed by Marco Antonio Fernández.
The budget is 172,003 euros and the term of execution of 8 months
