In the same sense has been pronounced with respect to the adaptation of local to center of older people of Espinardo, works of transversal drainage and the repair of the polideportivo of Santa Cruz

The works of adaptation of a local as a study room 24 hours in Zeneta have passed a new procedure in the award process.

In this sense, the Contracting Committee, chaired by the acting councilor Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, today agreed to require the administrative documentation to Construcciones Juan Gregorio to take charge of this action, which has a budget of € 67,124 (VAT excluded) .

These facilities will offer around 30 study places in an area of ​​close to 50 square meters.

It will be open for 365 days, 24 hours, and will have an Internet connection.

The service will be monitored by the Integrated Access Control System that will control the inputs and outputs, performs live surveillance, controls the fire alarms, regulates the lighting on and off, controls the operating cycle between cooling and heating and picks up the SOS panic button signal.

This project is part of the Extraordinary Investment Plan in Pedanías, coordinated by the Department of Pedanías, Participación y Descentralización, which is headed by Marco Antonio Fernández.

Three other initiatives that have passed the same procedure in today's meeting are also part of this plan.

This is the basic and execution project for the adaptation of Espinardo's center for elderly people, which will be awarded to Construcciones Hermanos Espín with a pre-proposal of € 211,675;

the transversal drainage works on highway F19 in Gea and Truyols, with Trisacort, with a cost of 101.499 €;

and the repair of facilities at the Santa Cruz sports center, whose works will be handled by Simboria SL, at a cost of € 81,315.
