The EBAU begins for almost seven thousand students in the Region of Murcia who will do more than 41,000 exams in three days (11/06/2019)

The EBAU, the Assessment of the Baccalaureate for Access to the University, has begun this Tuesday for 6,936 students from all over the Region enrolled in the general phase of the test, coordinated by the University of Murcia.

Distributed in nine different venues throughout the Region of Murcia, will be examined until next Thursday.

In the voluntary phase, 935 students have registered to improve their access grades from previous courses.

In total, 7,876 students will take 41,466 exams in three days;

exams that 328 evaluators will have to correct in just four days.

This year 214 students have requested some adaptation in their exams, 2.7% of the total.

Most have done it for issues related to dyslexia and ADD.

On the other hand, three 'trans' students have requested to take advantage of the new regulations that allow the possibility of being named by the name of their sex sense.

Eight out of ten students come from public institutes and more than half of those who are examined this year from the EBAU come from the municipalities of Murcia and Cartagena.

So that everything happens normally, 130 representatives of educational centers are in the headquarters to help them, that they will collaborate with the 56 members of the Administration and Services staff, among which are psychologists.

In addition, there are also Red Cross mobile units in the headquarters.

The first exam of the call, Spanish Language and Literature, has begun at 9:45 am normally.

At twelve o'clock the Spanish History test will begin and this afternoon it will be the turn of the languages.
