The works, which have already finished in the absence of asphalt, respond to the request of the neighbors themselves and have involved an investment of 42,000 euros.
The works are part of the Water Action Plan of Murcia 2015-2020, endowed with 32 million euros and which involves the creation of 1,500 direct jobs through 63 projects.
The acting mayor of Murcia, José Ballesta, together with the councilor for Urbanism, Environment and Huerta in office, Antonio Navarro, visited this morning the works of expansion of the network of sanitation and decentralization of the supply network that have taken out in the Céspedes lane of the hamlet of Los Dolores.
The works, which respond to the request of the different families living in the area, have already finished and now they are going to carry out the asphalt works that will complete the action, which has involved an investment of 42,000 euros.
The project executed by Aguas de Murcia has allowed to provide basic sewer service to the houses located in the Céspedes lane, as well as to decentralize the existing supply network, which was supplied by a community accountant, becoming individual subscribers, thus improving the service in this road of the hamlet of Los Dolores.
The Action Plan involves the creation of 1,500 jobs
The action is part of the Water Action Plan of Murcia 2015-2020, which is endowed with a total of 32 million euros, of which 70% of the works are executed or are in execution, which means an investment of 21 million euros.
This Plan involves the creation of 1,500 direct jobs and includes a total of 63 projects.
62% of the actions correspond to works to improve sanitation and the remaining 38% goes to work in the supply network.
