The basic and execution project for the preparation of the remains of the Molino de la Pólvora and its surroundings, in Rincón de Beniscornia-Guadalupe, already has an award proposal that must be ratified by the Governing Board to carry out the contracting.
The Contracting Committee, meeting this morning, chaired by Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has agreed to propose the company Construcciones Juan Gregorio SL for the realization of this work, with a budget of € 174,237 (VAT excluded).
It has been one of the issues addressed in today's session, which has also resolved to propose to the same company to carry out the renovation of pavement in Francisco José Vicente Ortega Street, Alquerías, with a planned cost of € 118,202 (without VAT ), while Constu Archena SL will be in charge of the placement of the artificial turf on the Guadeloupe soccer field, an action included in the Special Plan for Investments in Pedanías, coordinated by the councilor for Pedanías, Participación y Decentralización en funciones, Marco Antonio Fernández
Likewise, two important projects have been sent to the municipal services for the preparation of the corresponding technical reports prior to their adjudication.
It deals with the rehabilitation and putting into use of phase 1 of the building of the former provincial prison of Murcia which, with a budget of € 1.7 million, has received offers from 10 companies;
and the new access to the Segura River.
In this case, the maximum cost amounts to € 3.1 M and 11 bidders have been submitted.
