The representative of international students in the Council (an Italian student) has recognized the support they have for the institution, highlighting the training in values ​​and the help of personal tutors for their academic development and their adaptation to the Region.
More than 60% of the University's students are from outside the Region, and more than 2,000 international students are trained each year.

Estrella Núñez, Vice Chancellor of Research of the UCAM and mother of two students of this university, has shown his concern for the long journeys that the Medicine students of the UCAM have to carry out in order to carry out their practices, since they have to do it in centers toilets outside of the city of Murcia.
He has asked the Public Administration "not to discriminate against the students of the Catholic University, because parents, as taxpayers, are entitled to our children to carry out internships in hospitals in Murcia."
