The City Council continues to provide color and life spaces and green areas of the municipality, as is the case of the José Cánovas Ortiz de Beniaján garden.
"The work carried out in this green area has consisted of placing several hundreds of shrubs and seasonal plants to enhance this central space in which it has carried out an important improvement of its spaces and distributions," explains the mayor of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development, José Guillén.
Hundreds of seasonal and shrubby plants have been filling this centric space for a few weeks, in which their roads and passage areas have also been improved and a new perimeter fence has been installed that delimits the space.
In the works, which respond to a neighborhood request, a new aspect has been given to a green space in which new passage areas have been created, parterres and above all a modern perimeter fence has been placed in which it stands out, in different places, the name of the district (Beniaján).
With this new fence it is also possible to delimit the access to these garden areas of pets while avoiding any possible problem with the traditional weekly market located a few meters from this garden.
The multicolored flowers and bushes in the area are reviewed and maintained by members of the STV Gestión concession company.
