Ricardo Lozano has won the CreaMurcia of gastronomy, valued at 1,500 euros, with his recipe of michirones, tender baby beans and Murcian flat
The runners-up, awarded with 500 euros, went to José Fernando Tomás with his Royal de sautido de chato, ravioli de michirones, cooking juice, pickles and mouse blini of sobrasada with cheese, and Alberto Sánchez with his Miss michirones.
In addition, a special mention has been given to Juan Azorín with his recipe 'El michirón'.
The final, in which nine chefs participated with their recipes of michirones, was held yesterday afternoon at the Tourist Qualification Center
The participants valued and versioned recipes and products that have always been linked to the cuisine of Murcia.
The jury, chaired by the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, and composed by the institutional relations officer of the CCT Marta Ceballos, the gastronomic critic Sergio Gallego and the chefs Juan Pablo Ortiz and Lorena Pellicer, valued not only the development and complexity of the development of your dish, but the presentation to the jury, creativity or harmony between the chosen ingredients and the taste qualities of the products.
