"The quality of life and the opportunities of a neighbor of Murcia, can not depend on their zip code."
On this idea, the candidate of Somos Región to the Mayor of Murcia, José Antonio Álvarez (Coke), has wielded those that will be his lines of action in the consistory of the capital of the Region.
"We are not willing to have first class and second class neighbors, Murcia is a great city and we must prove this by providing all the neighborhoods and districts with the necessary services so that we can all develop our lives under equal conditions."
In this sense, Álvarez has indicated that he will work for a more sustainable and friendly municipality, with a greater presence of the Universities through specific plans and in which the creation of employment is the highest priority.
"We propose the creation of an annual employment plan, aimed at people with greater difficulties in accessing a job, but also addressing programs so that young people can acquire the necessary skills for their professional development and that includes aid for the creation of Business".
With regard to traditional businesses, "we propose a plan to revitalize small businesses that prevents our neighborhoods and districts from losing the urban pulse they have historically had."
Álvarez proposes a city model in which attention to people is the characteristic feature.
"We will expand the number of public places for schooling from 0 to 3 years and we will demand the opening of health centers, with pediatric emergencies in all neighborhoods and districts, in this way, we can offer a quality service to the public in something as important as health, at the same time we avoid the collapse that, sometimes, the emergency service of the Virgen de la Arrixaca Hospital suffers. "
The event, has been closed by the president of the party and candidate for the presidency of the Community, Alberto Garre, who has shown his rejection for what he considers "the abandonment of Murcia to their districts and some neighborhoods." We bet for equality of all and yet we see how while the PP, supported by Citizens, spends everyone's money on flowers and rockets, many districts of the capital of the Region are completely abandoned. "
President Garre has shown the pride felt throughout his political career.
"I have felt so proud to be a councilor as to be president of the Region and above all, at no time have I passed the shame that we have had to endure in this Region for too many years because of so many scandals in the Regional Government."
