The University of Murcia has received on Monday, May 13, the visit of representatives of the Hunan Normal University of China (HNU).
This university is one of the main Asian partners of the UMU, with which cooperation was initiated in 2007. Both institutions have participated jointly in several Erasmus + projects of the European Commission.
The delegation, formed by the vice president of the HNU, the directors of Academic Affairs, Cooperation and International Exchange and the dean of the Faculty of Informatics, have been received by the rector, José Luján, and have held a series of work meetings with different deans and vice-deans of the faculties of the UMU with which the viability of academic collaborations in programs and joint projects will be studied.
In addition, coinciding with the XI Erasmus + Staff Training Week, the members of the delegation participated in the opening of this week of training for administration and services staff within the framework of the Erasmus + program, which is held at the University of Murcia from the 13th May 17 and that welcomes 52 representatives of 44 universities from 23 countries around the world.
