Technicians from the Center for Employment Guidance and Information of the University of Murcia (COIE), made on May 7 a Job Briefing on employability with employers and associations of the municipality of Molina de Segura.
The event, organized by the Association of Employers and Merchants of Segura (ASECOM), the Office of Companies of the City of Molina de Segura and the COIE, took place in the facilities of the consistory in order to inform the executives and managers involved in the free services that are carried out entirely online- that the COIE offers to the companies, as well as the benefits they can have when signing an educational cooperation agreement with the UMU, to welcome university students in internships, to know the different professional profiles that make up their training offer, or use the personnel selection service for graduates through the placement agency.
The Job Briefing of the COIE has been valued by the assistants as a very practical activity of great importance in order to attract talent and qualified personnel.
The COIE has a fundamental role as a bridge between the productive fabric that companies represent and the talent of the university students who study in the classrooms of the University of Murcia.
The act was also attended by staff of the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF) to inform of existing aids and subsidies in recruitment.
