The Governing Board has approved the collaboration agreement with the Passenger Transport Societies of Murcia SLU and Busmar SLU, for the promotion of public transport to certain social groups for the year 2019, amounting to 2,715,616 euros.

In 2018 this amount amounted to 2,950,000 euros.

The difference is due to the fact that this agreement does not include the December expense, since the concession ends on day 2 of that month.

Thanks to this agreement, retirees, pensioners and large families can use the interurban bus lines for free or paying a very reduced price for the ticket.

In 2018 there were 1,979,955 trips with these rates, of which just over one million (1,071,618) correspond to the 100 Bonus, 480,659 to trips made in the special large family category and 427,678 to the General Generous Family.

Thus, the bonus 100 (pensioners and retirees) and the Special Large Family Bonus (with five or more children or four of which one has a handicap) is free to use, for a maximum of 900 total trips per year.

In the case of General Family Bonds (of three to four children), the fares for each trip are 50 cents per trip.

To apply for the 100 Bonus, it is necessary to present the registration certificate, current DNI and pension certificate for the current year, which certifies income equal to or less than the current year's SMI.

For their part, large families will have to present the certificate of registration of family members, ID of the members of the family and the official title of Numerous Family in force issued in the City of Murcia.

These bonuses can be obtained in the Paseo La Ladera 79, of Churra (Tram of Murcia);

Abenarabi Building of the Murcia City Council (Transport Office);

Camachos Plaza, 1 (Transportes de Murcia), Lat Information Point in Avenida de La Libertad and Lat Central Offices.
